NEW HAIR

I almost forgot! I chopped my hair off!!! Last week I cut about 13 inches or more hair off. I really needed a change. Besides the fact that Emma can't stop grabbing it. I am totally loving it, although I feel like I look a ton older and look the part of a mom. Not that I am not, but sometimes it's nice to not look the part. Tell me whatcha think!

BEFORE

AFTER

So lately Emma's favorite thing to do is to climb and stand on things. I bought her a toy basket for all of her toys and her favorite thing to do is to pull herself up on it and go through each toy one by one. She also loves to stand in her crib, by the couch and pull herself up on the Gatorade's. Why do we have so many you ask? Well Jeff LOVES them and they were only 50 cents so we had to stock up. I guess all those pretty colors in the bottles really intrigue her, I guess she got that from me.
Because of all this climbing I just can't keep track of her all the time. She has become really tough from all of the falling that is associated with the standing but every once in a while if someone is watching she will cry. I am just so amazed how fast they grow up. She is only seven months...actually she is seven months today! Crazy! If I could only learn as much as she could in seven months I would be a smarty! Here are some other fun pictures of her.

Finger Foods

We have started to give Emma some smaller finger foods. Her favorites include, animal crackers, zwieback toast (messy, but keeps them entertained), graham crackers and whatever else I can find around the house to give her. The other day Jeff put her in her highchair so that we could actually get some things done and she fell asleep eating her toast. Sooo cute, but super messy to clean up since we had to wait until the toast was hard and cemented to her whole body as well as the highchair. It's so fun to be able to feed her some of the foods off of our plates and see how she reacts.
