Story Time

So a good friend of mine introduced Ems and I to story time at the library yesterday. I wished I would have known about it two weeks ago. It is seriously sooo cool. Emma doesn't even sit long enough to watch a t.v show, but she sat through this. So yesterday they focused on the letter "Q". They handed each kid a paper letter and then based all of the songs, the story and the puppet show on that letter. They just have a couple of volunteer kids from the college come over and help out. I was suprised at how many people showed up. There were a lot of kids there. It really makes me miss Provo I hope they have something like this up north. Oh yeah by the way, they have tons of different story times for different ages. I think that the one we went to yesterday was one for the older kids but there were still younger kids there and she had a lot of fun. On Friday at 11 they have one for kids 1-2 soo if you need something to do.......GO TO THE LIBRARY!!! Anyways, click here to learn more!

Recent happenings

So lately things have been a little busy. Emma and I went up two weeks before Christmas to Spokane and hung out with my family while Jeff went to training in DC. He met us a week later to celebrate Christmas Uptain style. With some plane troubles and some scary landings later we ending up in Salt Lake on the 27th. We stayed in utah until the 5th when we went back up to Spokane for jeff's work. We came home the night of the 11th and had to be in Provo the next day for a bank job. We get to come home on the weekends but life still seems a little crazy. Jeff and I both have talks we have to give tomorrow and then its back to Provo on Monday. After that we get three weeks off and then we go to St. George. We are staying down there the full 2 weeks and not coming home on the weekend. There is a possibility of another out of town job happening before we go out to DC on april 16th. Now comes the fun part! We come home from DC on the 1st and pack up for our big trip to.......IRELAND!!!! Jeff hasn't been back since his mission and I am really excited for him to show me around. We are sooo greatful for Jeffs parents and siblings who are going to help out with Emma while we are away. Although I look forward to a baby free vaca I am a little worried about leaving her for a whole week. I haven't even been away from her from a night before and now we are going to leave her for a week! But that is still a few months away so I have some time to let it sink in. So I am sorry if we never seem to be around and you think we have forgotten about you. We haven't. We still want to keep in touch with all of our friends, but right now our life is a little hectic. I will try to post throughout our trips to let you know how things are going.
